Downstairs there is a large kitchen/meals area, a lounge room with wood fire and TV (300 + channels) and sejour (casual lounge). The master bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet is also on the ground floor.

The sejour opens onto a tiled patio with barbeque and outdoor setting. Adjacent to the patio is a utility/laundry room with washing machine. There is also a third toilet next to the laundry.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. 2 additional single beds can be set up if required. The 2nd floor makes sharing with another family or friends perfect, with enough privacy for everyone.

The house is centrally heated for winter comfort and has pedestal fans for the summer. There is a paved car parking space accessible from the rear street entrance.
